Claudia does not have much memories of her short time living in the Azim Steppe, her family relocated to La Noscea soon after the Garlean occupation of Doma and the apparent 'death' of her mother. Wanting better for his children and the uncertainty if the Garlean would return to continue their expansion, her father, the now former Khan made the heavy decision to settle in Moraby Drydocks, picking up odd marauder jobs to help provide for Claudia and her older siblings, Qadan and Nia. Claudia was barely a year old during the attacks so she took to their new way of life much easier then her siblings.Due to growing up around several pirates that would sail through her hometown's ports, Claudia gained a cunning nose for sniffing out trouble and a mouth to back it up. Once she was a grown adult, she was able to start working to support herself. Her career as a barmaid brought her a lot of attention and she quickly became popular with patrons. With her small stature, she used her unassuming looks to her advantage, whether it be lowering one's guard or bleeding pockets dry with a drinking game. Always with a smile and a giggle not far behind.

The two often would butt heads with each other with their overprotective tendencies over each other and different lifestyle adoption, one opting for a traditional 'Dazkar' way of life and the other a more merc centered outlook. A sort of stray that Claudia ended up somehow encountering and keeping. A very unlikely match at first glance. As much as the auri tried to send her away, she couldn't help but keep the miqo'te around... not like the feline would want to leave. A deal was struck with not much convincing needed on the android's part; work for Madam Vixeah, and she could have a roof over her head and learn all the new things she wanted.

Claudia has a fondness for the seeker, one she wouldn't dare to ever admit in front of him. The two met during her later travels, helping the bard with a hunt gone horriblely wrong.
